By accessing or using VisualVibe AR ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using VisualVibe AR, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the authority to agree to these terms on behalf of your business.

2. Your Account

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You must provide accurate and complete registration information
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Upload content that infringes on any third-party intellectual property rights
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or hack the platform
• Share your account credentials with unauthorised parties

4. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of all content you upload (dish photos, descriptions, 3D models). By uploading content, you grant VisualVibe AR a licence to host, process, and display that content as needed to provide the Service.

5. Subscription & Payments

• Free trial periods do not require a credit card unless stated otherwise
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date
• Refunds are available within 7 days of billing for annual plans
• We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice

6. Service Availability

We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance during off-peak hours and will notify Enterprise customers in advance of scheduled downtime.

7. Limitation of Liability

VisualVibe AR shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the preceding 12 months.

8. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
